Judith keeps saying she's going to ask me to babysit Jonah someday, and I didn't want her catching me when I came over here to do something else. I don't know the first thing about taking care of babies, anyway. She'd be much better off asking Estelle or someone like that.

[He tries not to laugh too loud, just incase Judith is in.]

Long as Yuri's around I doubt ya'll have to babysit the lil' kid anytime soon. 'Sides she's not likely ta drag you into something else when yer here for a reason!

[He's halfway over to the bed when he gets told the door, so he turns around to go do that before returning to take a seat next to Raven.]

It's probably good he didn't say anything worse than "shut up."

It really doesn't seem like it sometimes but Yuri can be pretty mature when he needs ta be. The kids already stuck in this place, he probably doesn't wanna go makin' it any worse.

I don't know if it could get much worse than this place...

Haha, no nothin' like that! I started livin' a double life workin' for the Empire and the Guilds. Think of them like... rivals I guess. Yer either in the Guilds or in the Empire.

Bingo! Schwann came first, Raven came later on.

But why were you working for both if you could get in trouble for doing it?

I was followin' orders, didn't get much choice in the matter but I can't argue with it. I started off in the Empire and joined the guild at the top of the Union, a guild called Altosk. That's where I became Raven.

And you've been Raven ever since. I guess I can't say anything bad about that, not when I'm pretending to be someone I'm not too.

That's why I could tell ya that part of the story. You've seen Flynn's uniform, mine is kinda similiar but it's orange. As Schwann I was a Captain in the Imperial Knights, as Raven I was one of the highest rankin' members of Altosk. I don't act like it half the time, but I'm not a bad leader.

You, a leader...?

[Hold on, his brain is trying to process that. Well, okay, so Raven has been good about looking after him, which counts for something, right? Still, it's hard for him to picture someone like Raven as a Captain in any sort of knights.]

[Shockingly I find it hard to believe myself. But he even gets complimented as a leader several times in the game.]

Seriously! Hold on a second. [He walks over to the closet and starts digging around in the back. He emerges holding his orange uniform.] Told ya.

Wow, it really does look like Flynn's. An Imperial knight...

[He reaches out one hand to touch it just gently, running his fingers over the cloth.]
