[She sips her water.] All this picking on my love life is so not fair. What about you, huh? Got a lady in your life yet?

[He gets up and starts heading towards the kitchen.]

Haha why would you wanna know about this old man's love life? I'll flirt till the day I die but... nah. I doubt I'll end up with a lovely lady anytime soon.

Even Bones ended up with someone. [Which means she considers him kinda old.] She's blonde, but most definitely not me. There's hope for you yet.

[He starts preparing the ingredients again. Some eggs, flour, the usual crepe things with a little sprinkling of the magic he uses to make them oh so very tasty indeed.]

I suppose that'd be the case if I was actually lookin'. I think I'll be sticking as a bachelor for a while longer! That and I'm hardly the least suspicious person.

Oh? You seem pretty harmless, to me.

[He twirls, letting the air lift up his large coat.]

They're kinda weird, but they're no leather onesie. [Kadaj is who she is referring to with that.]

I didn't know Luceti was so up to date on the fashion trends. [Flipping the crepes over, they really don't take long to cook.]

Shiki's shop is like a home away from home. Y'know, I've trying to talk her into naming a pair of jeans after me.

I got no idea what jeans are. But why would ya want a piece of clothin' named after you? [He dishes the crepes up onto the plate, adding in the filling before finally sprinkling some sugar on top.]

I'll give you a hint. Me? I'm wearing jeans. And to have a designer pair named after you is, like, the ultimate compliment.

[He kneels down and looks under the table.] So they're like special trousers then? Why won't she name a pair after ya?

Something like that. [She indulges in another grin.] It's not a case of won't, more a case of sly hinting.

[He throws some raspberries onto the crepes and brings the plate over. This time they're filled with a thick, only slightly fruity yogurt with a light sugar sprinkled on top and raspberries.]

Maybe if ya designed a really nice pair and she made them, then she'd have to name them after ya!

[She happily takes the plate from him.]

Not really, just pointin' out the obvious! [And he takes his seat opposite her again.]

And making me look like a dupe, huh?

[She knows how to tease too, after all. Buffy returns to the dainty eating habit--prepping herself for the taste.]

Oh that's a terribly rude way ta put it. Maybe I should've put some peanut butter in this recipe too.

[But the full force of the snark is lost when she tastes the thing. Much lighter than the last. Very...almost summery.]

I didn't say anythin' about it being a punishment!

[They're quite different flavours, this one is much cooler tasting with a little zest. But not as rich and overwhelming as the previous.]
