[Raven blows onto the journal, then wipes it with his hand, flicking through the pages to find out when the last time he bothered to make an entry with it was. He sighs, has it really been that long? Even thinking about how long he's been in Luceti for any extended period of time is depressing enough for him.]

If I didn't know any better I'd say this thing was startin' ta gather dust.

For those that hadn't noticed yet, Estelle was sent back home a few days ago. I don't know when exactly, but all her things are gone
[He pauses for a moment. House 12 is really quiet now compared to how it used to be. Of course he cared about the princess, he cared about everyone from their world, he's just finding it weird to see them all going home after so long whilst leaving him behind.]

Anyway! She used ta work in the library here and left some stuff regardin' it behind, or ta be more specific, she left a set of instructions on how ta sort the books as well as a set of keys. From the look of it I guess she wanted someone to take the care of the place if she ever got sent home, and considerin' she was working there long before I showed up then it must've meant a lot to her. I can pass the stuff over to anyone who's interested, just let me know! It's not gonna go anywhere by itself.

Oh, and if this old man's memory isn't failin' him again, which it does a lot, she also had a book club goin'. Books aren't really my thing though, if someone wants to start that up again then feel free. 

That's about it! I got nothin' else worth sayin', wake me up when it's hot enough for the women to break out the swimsuits.

[No wonder she hasn't seen Estelle around for a few days. Although the two were never close, not even enough to be considered anything more than acquaintances, Naoto did help her out at the library everyday. Probably because she practically lives there. And Estelle was a sweet girl.

Naoto doesn't hesitate when replying to his offer-] I'd be willing to tend to the library in her stead.

I figured people might be interested in takin' it over, it's a good place, lots of uh... books.

[Well, he ask to ask really.] Did ya know Estelle very well?

[ He worked at the library, knew it was strange that Estelle wasn't in as usual. But he never thought her to have gone home. Yes they were just acquaintances but it's still hard when things like this happen, even for people you've only just been minor friends with. ]

I'm sorry to hear about Estelle. She, ah, put a great deal into running the library.

There's a few books from the library that are still around the house. I wouldn't want her hard work there ta go to waste.

[Oh, Ragna remembers this guy. They got into something of an argument about breasts. Not that it matters, but the last part of the entry definitely reminds him of it. And Ragna's finding it a little tasteless, since he just announced that someone went home.

Normally, he wouldn't care... but with how long Noel's been missing...] Swimsuits. Really? Is that really the last thing you're gonna say?

I've been thinking about it, and I'm still not really sure, to be honest. Luke and I were talking about it becoming sort of an anything-goes middleman group, like a way to find the people most qualified for a job request... we kind of already do that anyway, though. But with nothing to fight and the alchemist Yuri found handling the building jobs we don't want, business is kind of slow.

[It's a tricky problem to solve, which is probably why it gave Yuri so much trouble.]

Business in Luceti has always been kind of slow though. Maybe it might be an idea ta get all the members together and see what they have ta say. If I'm honest, I dont even know who's in the guild...

As long as the library goes into good, capable hands who care about it like she did then I think you'd be more than welcome to help out! [Thinking... thinking...] It might be worth copyin' the notes anyway, since I figure the more people who work there the more people would need ta know what they're s'posed ta do.

A couple of the workers at the library have contacted me, one guy has offered ta make copies of her notes for everyone.
