[There's an old man walking through the village. He doesn't seem lost, so to speak, but more as if he's just taking a leisurely look around as he attempts to familiarize himself with the new location. Eventually, he comes to a halt at the crossroads near house 27, opening the journal in the hope of finding a map.]

Right... where have I ended up now then?...

[He stands there, glancing around the area and then looking back towards the book. He kept telling himself over and over inside his head that he wasn't lost, how could he get lost? None of this was making any sense at all.]

[OOC: I should probably make this clear. Raven has been retconned, he has no memories of his previous time in Luceti as he's been taken from an earlier timepoint in the canon.]

That's good, then. I'm not very good at this sort of thing. Um...welcome, anyways, I guess I'm trying to say. I mean, not that we want you here, it's not a very nice place or anything, but it can be. Sometimes.

If ya wanna be a doll, ya could explain to me about these experiments. It's been comin' across as a bit of a taboo ta mention them. I kinda wanna know what I'm up against here.

Oh. W-well, yes, I can. It's never happened to me, but...basically, they...the Malnossy...I mean, the Malnosso...they send robots to take us away. And they perform experiments on us. At least, that's all I know.

Once, there was an experiment that showed whatever I was thinking. It happened to a lot of people, though. The monthly ones happen to a lot of people.

No, no, too late! I wanna know about this kidnapping stuff now! Nobody mentioned that before so I'm guessin' it's not something people like talkin' about right?

...well, when people come back, they're hurt. Or, um. Different. I really can't say much more because it's never happened to me.
