I wouldn't be shocked if no one was jumping to run the place. It's not exactly a job that's easy to commute to.

Must be nice though up there, ya'd be able to see the whole village from on top of a mountain.

The up hill would be the hard part, but there's a hot spring at the end. Down hill, well, sled theory again.
