Hey I got a little problem I could use some help with. There's this nice, little, teenage girl who's never read a book before, so I told her I'd get her one as a surprise gift. But uh, I'm drawin' up a blank. What kinda books do girls even read nowadays?

Not very nice ta call them monsters when you've never met 'em. Could be a really valid reason they're experimenting on people.

But to do things like that to people... It's not very nice... [She does, however, take those words to heart, thinking them over. That was rather rude of her and you are right, Raven. So she's going to be tugging down one end of her cap a little.] But I guess if they have a good reason....

Well we've never know, unless they one day decide to tell us and we could be sent home before then.

If they try and pull what they did a few days ago again, I'll be very upset! I already embarrassed myself in front of someone, I don't want to do it again...

Apparently they do stunts like that every month.

I think these people just like playing with us, Misater Raven. I'm not inclined to think they're nice people from the way they're acting. [Frowns.]

I didn't say they were nice people. Anyone who uses another being for an experiment is hardly goin' ta be a nice guy.

But think of it this way, if they hadn't gone through all this effort for some lab rats, then ya wouldn't have met anyone here.

...Hee, you're right. I guess that's something to think about. "Flowers grow even in the underworld" - my Master would say that to his students very often. Everything balances eachother out. Good and bad, Light and Dark, right and wrong, and so forth.

I'm glad I met everyone here. You, too, of course, Raven! You're all my very precious friends. ♥

See when ya put it like that it's not all bad at all! Ya can tell those stories of yours to new people, I'm sure yer gods will be happy about that.

[Miya laughs cheerfully.] Well, they're not so much stories of the gods as ancient proverbs and wisdom Ishaku would teach us. I suppose I could tell a story or two to anyone who'd like to hear one...

Especially with mochitsuki coming up...I could maybe tell the story of the Rabbit God...

I say go for it, ya might find someone genuinely interested, or maybe someone from a world that's similiar to yer own.
